I Have just booked on this event which is on Saturday 11th July 2015 @ 2.00pm. People already booked on it are Keith Usher, Martin Cain, Sean Stafford.

Plenty of spaces left, Keith has done this before, stating that it was a  fast event and well organised.

          Mytriathlon are running a lancashire swim series at penington flash on the  20th Jue 2015 (location for ironman uk swm)There are several distances people can enter,May be good event for anyone doing UK ironman to swim at the water before the big race.
