Tameside Cycle Circuit, OL7 9HG

3km run, 10km bike, 2km run
Chip timed, traffic-free route
Prizes available - 40 places max
Draft legal bike – no time-trial bikes

Greg had a fast one in Clithero and Gummers in Chirk. All the ladies posted grest times and Declan & Josie, great day racing and tight margins, just how we like it !!
Thanks to Dom for the 5k run on Wednesday, top event fantastic turn out and some fast times. Triguru out in force also good to see, everyone will benefit from doing some fast short races keep an eye out for them as they are coming thick and fast.
Endurance coach are putting on two training days. 3.8 k swim plus a break for brekkie and then one loop of ironman bike course. It's £10 for one training day! I am on both.
Anyone else having a crack at this ride out on Sunday 17th May from Grassington RUFC?
I did it last year with my work colleagues in glorious sunshine over the 110 mile of scenic delights and it was the biggest cycling experience I had ever done & fancied having another crack at it this year.
Please let me know if you want to get the legs pumping.

This weekend see's 3 of us travelling to Skipton to put down some fast times on a flat fast course, myself, emma and Greg McNally will be there pushing for the hour. Lets hope the weather holds out.
If any one didn't get in Chirk and fancies a run out Saddleworth is on the 26/4/15 get in quick though for a local blast round the hills.
