Well Done Jon Kerr!!

Forums:

Well Done to one of our members Jon Kerr who completed the Slateman Savage at the weekend.

Any chance of a race report Jon? How did you tackle the Saturday sprint and then the Sunday full distance?

Did the Saturday take a lot out of you on the Sunday or did you feel OK?

Great effort and it will stand you in good stead for the season!!

Have you entered the sandman and snowman savage?

Matlock river swims

Forums:

A few years ago some of us had an entertaining evening down at Matock taking part in their river swim. The series is on again this year but we're unlikely to have the high current that made it so much fun last time. It was like swimming on a treadmill back up stream having slown down with the current!

Forums:

I have booked on the 2016 tour. Last years event was great. Hop on board if you want to finish off your running training for the longer races you are doing in 2016.

I have created a team : Team Triguru and you need my password to join it  so let me know if you want to be considered. I am 53 years old so similar age group men and women welcome.

£50.00 for 4 days racing in Tameside , now thats good value !

Regards Alias Robinson Crusoe, (Yes I am back for a last attempt at stimulating some member usage of this site!)
