How many people are competing in the Stride through the Woods 5k train run on evening of Weds 27th April? http://hydevillagestriders.org.uk/stride I know that some of the Tri Guru athletes are taking part in the Horwich Tri on Sunday 1st May and this is a great warm up.
Registration will be at the Bennett Street Youth Community Centre, Lower Bennett Street SK14 4PP, 500m from the start.
Sounds like quite a few are cycling over for it Jon. We have only 50 places left for on the day entires so it may fill up. I'd therefore suggest getting there early to avoid being disappointed.
On the day entries are £6 for UKA registered runners and £8 for others. Bringing a completed entry from and the correct money will speed things up on the day. Registration is at Bennett Street Youth Community Centre, Lower Bennett Street SK14 4PP from 18:00 to 19:00. Parking off Dunkrik Ln will be marshalled from 17:45.
