Go on then, I am still here. Just a note to say how proud I was to see so many of our men and women do well in this event:

Martin Cane 2nd place overall, got beat by a lad who can buy a pint yet!. Cole top 10, amazing Craig Morgan not far behind, Gummers and Steve had a 5 seconds gap race. Check out the results if your interested . I joind the early onset Alzeimers society as I swam in the wrong direction  , took five minutes in each transiton,took a wrong trun on the bike, racked my bike in the wrong place , tried to put my  Hoka running shoes on but they were size 8 not mine, finally foud my rack  couldnt find my shoes so ran in raod trainers, you couldnt write it could you.Went to the doctors on friday and I have Postural Hypotention which now explains the Dizzy spells and confusion and fatigue. Anyway moving on its a Duathlon Monday night for me, keep logged in for the next additon of hes off his Rocker!           Regards Robinson Crusoe.
