No, this post is all about Craig Morgan, one of our members who has improved significantly this past 12 months and has been asked by the GB Duathlon team manager, if he would be willing to represent the country, this year at the world duathlon champs!
I was out running on Milbrooke Monster this evening with Rothy & Matt and unfortunately Rothy fell and broke his collar bone just seconds after warning us to be careful on the rocky decent. His foot twisted and he lost balance and went down haard, was not able to use his hands to break the fall. We wish him a speedy recovery.

We are going to attempt to hold a session where we test everyones CSS so that you have a target to reach for the next time we hold a CSS test.
The first one will be on Monday 23rd March hopefully we will be able to get through everyone but if not we may look at doing it the session or week after as well.
By the end of April we are also hoping to hold a Time trial session again to give everyone a target to aim for.
Keep up the good work and as ever any feedback good or bad will be gratefully received and acted upon ASAP.
