Hi everyone. Gummers and I are partaking in a 50 mile tt in the yorkshire dales. Its on 6th April (same day as Manchester Marathon). If interested let me know. It closes on the 25th March. It can be booked online via cycling time trials and is run by Nelson Wheelers.
A big well done to the large team of Triguru who took part in this tough Duathlon.
Great effort by all and it was encouraging to see steady progress in fitness and performance.
And yes Gummers did not cramp on the run leg!!
Tough race but that's just how we like it !!
Next race for some of us is Wilmslow half marathon on Sunday 23rd march so good luck to all. Not sure who is doing it, I am and Rothy, Keith Usher and Craig.Not sure if we have any ladies doing it so please update us if you are taking part.

Sunday 8th December at 10.10 am sharp the Stockport 10 mile road race took place at Woodbank Park. The weather conditions were great ,no wind,no rain and around 8 degrees C. Eight Triguru members took up the challenge and there were some superb times posted:
Martin Caine finished in an amazing 59:45 secs thats under 6 minute miling for ten miles folks! he finished in 20th position overal, well done again Martin.
Meet at a small school car park at the rear of The Clarence pub in Greenfield (just at the roundabout near Dovestones) at 9.30am ish. There is parking for appx 20 cars.
This tough but excellent little race is on Sun 1st Dec and starts in Tintwistle at 11:00. Registration is at the Bulls Head. Entry £5 in advance or on the day but get there early as it is quite popular and may fill up. Full info here http://www.nblg.co.uk/
