I'm looking for details of any recommended phyiso. Preferably in the local ish (Ashton, Staly, Hyde areas), but anywhere else will do too.
Before I go looking on the internet, I wanted to use a proven practioner.
My niggly achilles tendon "ínjury" isn't healing itself, despite reduced training & optimism.
Did have a chat with the physio team who suported the Tour of Tameside, but I think they're based towards Salford area. Do-able but would prefer closer to this side of the city/county.
I would just like to say a big well done to Mr Gummersall, who came 4th overall at the Boundary Park Tri.
The lake was cold and Antony was one of the first out of the water, biked unbelievaby and ran admirably. I think that he came off the bike first or second!!
Me and Martin Cain have entered the Nova CC 25 mile 2 up time trial on the 5th of March if teams of 2 fancy it.
Also I know that a few are sceptical about the Saturday morning ride but it's a great tough ride which sets off from Mossley train station (B ride 9:00, A ride 9:15) it would be great to see a few more from Tri Guru on it.
Big well done to Steve (tiger) Lyons for beating all triguru hopefuls in a dual event weekend in angelsey he played an absolute blinder of a race on both days leading out on run each day ,not one of us could catch him .
He paced the races to perfection and deserves his new status as the sheriff of savage !!! But will it short lived as in two weeks we dual again in the snowman savage weekend in snowden.anybody think they have got what it takes get on it !!!!!! .its a great event run by always aim high events ,I would fancy my chances if I could run faster than snail !!
