I would just like to say a big well done to Mr Gummersall, who came 4th overall at the Boundary Park Tri.

The lake was cold and Antony was one of the first out of the water, biked unbelievaby and ran admirably. I think that he came off the bike first or second!!

So well done!

If your interested I came out of the water with the novices, doing breastroke and arrived to find the winners ceremony had already taken place and Antony was on his 10th packet of monster munch, talking to one of my patients, telling him that I wont be far behind. ***** Back to table tennis next year!!!!
