as of the 6th April there will be a new time table for training at Copley and other venues.
Mondy will be a hour slot at Tameside track for a bike session, try to attend even if yo don't make it to the full session. The Monday swim stays the same 7.30 to 8.30 techique.
Tuesday spin at 7.30 - 8.15 with a 5k or 10k run off the spin.
Wednesday Swim stays the same ( Salford open water starts about easter so this will probably take over with a run sprint interval session around th dock)
Thursday spin 7.30 - 8.15 8.30 - 9 core strength
Friday swim 7 - 8
Saturday and Sunday there are now bike and run leaders wh will post their routes for the weekend so keep checking for regular sessions

We also have the opportunity to have a football pitch for training thi could involve some further ciruits with sprint sessions, if you are interested please sugest a suitable day and time!!
