I hour bike ride from Copley tonight.

Emily is swimming at Copley tonight so I am going for an hour blast on the time trial bike at 7.00 pm sharp. Going up horse and jockey , turn left down to Diggle then left into Dobcross and right to Uppermill and back to Copley. Any one fancy it  see you at 7.00pm if you turn up at 7.01 I will be gone!!

Hello , I am taking my timetrial bike for a spin tonight from Copley at 7.00 pm. The route takes 1 hour to 1 hour 15 depending on how fast you want to take it.

Whilst Emily and Poppy swim 7pm - 8.30pm Bunyany and I are squeezing in a cheeky 1 hour hill climbing bike ride followed by a short 30 min run.
