On a Thursday night at tameside cycling circuit ( opposite the running track) they have a training session until 9 o clock. I think it costs 4.50 per session. It's really good training, safe and will suit all different standards. Cheers craig
Road Bike training ride.
Hello All. Steve Lyons, Gummers and me are riding from Steve Lyons house on Saturday at 9.00 am for three hours. If you are up for it let us know.
All welcome but obviously you need to be capable of staying with the Lyons ! pace over the three hours or you will get dropped as I always was when I tried to stay with Wheel Guru who are in a different class to me.
The obvious point is (Common sense) come along but be prepared to put it in or you will be riding alone for three hours.

Hello All. Just talked to the Lyon King and we are meeting at his house at 10.20 am saturday morning. Cycle time the same @ 3 hours. Hope you can make it.
Ride out Sunday 9th March
Hi everyone
This coming Sunday we are going to do the Sunday morning ride leaving San Rocco at 8am as usual but this time we are going to do a 2 hour ride around Cheshire - finishing in Manchester where we are going to lock the bikes up and go into the Tri show at Gmex and see how the Ospazia lads are going on.
Let me know if you fancy coming along.
