Big well done to Steve (tiger) Lyons for beating all triguru hopefuls in a dual event weekend in angelsey he played an absolute blinder of a race on both days leading out on run each day ,not one of us could catch him .
He paced the races to perfection and deserves his new status as the sheriff of savage !!! But will it short lived as in two weeks we dual again in the snowman savage weekend in snowden.anybody think they have got what it takes get on it !!!!!! .its a great event run by always aim high events ,I would fancy my chances if I could run faster than snail !!
Well done to the lads and ladies who did the event and a massive thank-you to the guru family support you as always were amazing !

Hi its Robinson Crusoe here. Sorry I have not been in touch for a while but the Cannibals have been chasing me on my island and I gave them the slip & managed to do the Sandman Savage with the Triguru family & what a great weekend it was.
Steve Lyons was amazing and showed what great form he is in, well done Steve respect Bro !
I cant do the snowman as its a step too far and too risky as I fly out to Barcelona on Friday 2nd October with Paul & lewis Cane to do the Ironman so Steve and Gummers and anyone else that decides to jump on board have a Great weekend .We also had some kind comments from other competitors regarding our team & the way be took over the event !. Channel 4 had to put up with us again but should be good viewing !
Well done to Dominic (Hannah Lyons boy friend) as he did his first sea swim tri and completed both races , great effort and he maybe hooked for life?
I enjoyed chasing Sean Stafford down on the Sunday bike and we raced the remainder on the bike and run together (no we didnt draft on the bike) and had a great laugh at the same time, you cant beat it. The support crew were as usual fantastic and it would not be the same without you, so thanks to you all.
